Baltic Sea Innovation Academy brings together young leaders, experts and businesses from across the Baltic Sea region to learn, connect and create solutions for a more sustainable future.
Through expert insights, hands-on workshops and real-world business challenges, participants explore the Baltic Sea from environmental, business and geopolitical perspectives and turn knowledge into action in practical challenges provided by partner organizations.
Why?

The Baltic Sea connects countries, communities, businesses and millions of people. But our shared sea is facing complex challenges from climate change to increasing maritime activity and geopolitical tensions.These cannot be solved alone.

Our ambition is to:

  • Educate future leaders and experts to understand the forces shaping the Baltic Sea region.
  • Turn knowledge into action through practical workshops and partner challenges.
  • Connect people across borders and create an international network around Baltic Sea.
  • Bring business and sustainability together by exploring how organisations can become part of the solution.
  • Create new perspectives and ideas that can continue creating value beyond the Academy
