  • Payment and Cancellation Policy:
    An invoice will be sent by email after registration. The payment term is 14 days. The fee must be paid before the conference.

    A processing fee of €15 will be charged for all changes made through the conference organizer, including cancellations.

    If the participation is cancelled by August 31, 2025, 100% of the fee will be refunded.

    If the participation is cancelled between September 1 and November 30, 2025, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

    For cancellations made on or after December 1, 2025, no refund will be issued.
